NextDNS seems to have completely stopped working

I use NextDNS on my home router (Netgear Nighthawk RAX48). It used to work perfectly, but earlier this month it just stopped working. I'm getting ads again that used to be blocked, and the analytics and log tabs on the profile webpage are reporting that they're getting 0 queries. I haven't changed any hardware in my apartment, and my router was still configured to be using the correct IP addresses for DNS. I also just deleted the NextDNS profile and created a new one but it's still not working. Any ideas about this? I'm still able to browse the internet normally on all my devices, so they're still using some DNS service.
