Account Missing

I had an account, I was pretty sure I’d paid a subscription but recently I couldn’t login and today I registered a new account with the same email which feels like my old account was deleted.  How can I check what happened?

    I've just checked and my subscription renewed in August 2023, so this is a paid account that has disappeared.
