NextDNS/HaGeZi Multi Pro Blocking Subdomains of Allowed Domains

I'm using HaGeZi Multi Pro with native tracking protection enabled.

I have whitelisted netflix.com in my allowed list. However, when I looked at blocked requests in logs, I noticed that logs.netflix.com and customerevents.netflix.com were blocked.

Also, I've found that my TiVos are getting guide data, but the info screen is not showing the show title. Not sure if this is related but it did not start until switching to NextDNS. I have whitelisted tivo.com, tivoservice.com, llnwd.net, and vewd.com. Are there any others I should whitelist? I have a separate TV VLAN that I could allow everything, but I like how native tracking and HaGeZi Multi Pro block my Samsung TVs from phoning home and giving viewing data to Samsung.
