The site has been unreachable for a few hours for me, still no solution, no announcement, not acceptable on a paid service, I just hope it's just the site dashboard that's down and queries are going through and stuff is getting filtered out network downtime is a huge no for me, really disappointed in the service.

Mine has now started to work (my dashboard). Hopefully, they have fixed the issue. It would be nice if they can post an update here to let everyone know officially what the issue was and if fixed etc.
