A few weeks ago, we migrated our logs and analytics to a new backend. The transition was seamless, and the only change you might have noticed is faster analytics. Earlier today, during a system restoration exercise, a bug in our procedure inadvertently removed access to this backend for our API in certain locations. This led to unexpected behavior in our API autoscaler, which began taking down instances seemingly at random, causing the API to become unstable for many users. It took us some time to identify and resolve the issue. We have fixed the original problem and are working on improving the resiliency of our API to prevent such events in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

2 hours failing is a serious problem! I pay last month for one year service. Before I use OpenDNS. I need speed over any other item. NextDNS is fast in all my locations when I trip. But I need analysis of data all the time.
