XBOX Multi-player Call of Duty

I have constant connection issues when I try and play call of duty on XBOX. It's weird because I have NextDNS setup at the router and both playstations work just fine playing COD. The XBOX however, not so much. Works fine with any other DNS resolver (Google, ISP, etc)

    Of note, nothing is being blocked in the logs. I still have connection issues if I turn off all privacy and security features in NextDNS.

    I gave up... I turned everything off for NextDNS and the gaming experience is terrible. I am constantly being disconnected and the game is laggy or freezes constantly.
