Constant Mini Outages

I've been having constant short outages. It only affects DNS resolution, with DNS timeouts happening during this time, but ICMP being constant without failures. Seems to happen about every hour or so.

Using an RT-AX86U with DNS over TLS. Been fine for a while but suddenly becoming an issue in recent days.

    You should make a note of what PoP server you are connected to at the time (assuming you can get the info while in the problem state).
