Logs are broken

I installed NextDNS servers on all my devices at home, a profile for each person at home.

For several days, DNS requests from certain devices no longer appear, in particular DOT requests, but not all the time, I develop:

The situation is different every day, but today, a device connected with an IP that we will call A, the requests no longer appear in the logs, as soon as the device changes connection, the requests appear fine.

Clarification, when the DNS requests do not appear, the DNS filtering works very well! It's really annoying the problems with NextDNS these last few days.

If anyone could help me, I'm completely lost.
