Endpoints unable to see / connect to SSID's

Hello,

We have multiple users who infrequently are unable to see a list of available wireless networks. In Windows settings, it is like WiFi is disabled / not present on the machine.

Disabling the NextDNS service all together, the WiFi kicks back in and user is able to view and connect to wireless networks.

What is the cause of this?

Thank yiu

R P M hello, we have the NextDNS agent on clients devices running Windows 10/11

The instances of when this problem happens is when they're in the office connecting to a managed WiFI (one private one secure).

Within NextDNS, we do have rewrite settings that apply to each of these (attached).

This was originally setup by someone else so am not too familair with this platform.

      Thank you in advance.
