NextDNS logging but not working?

I recently went to add a couple of domains to my Deny list only to find it's not working for me any more. I have our router set to use the NextDNS DNS servers still, but everything on my Deny list now resolves without issue, and YouTube comments are showing (even though I have Restricted Mode selected in NextDNS). When I go to my Logs, I see the queries ticking in, and on my Setup page it shows "All good! This device is using NextDNS with this configuration." What gives?

    I would say use Private DNS on Android or Apple Configuration on IOS maybe your phone is bypassing the DNS this was happening with TikTok pretty sure so might be a thing. So give that a try I guess.
