Udemy.com breaks
Even after whitelisting the site and a few of the third-party tools it uses like gtag, Udemy fails to load.

The problem is either your browser or some list in NextDNS. Check your logs, this seems to be the ones needed:

I'd also recommend using well known/filtered lists for things like this to happen less often. Adguard and OISD should be more than enough if you want things to just function and have nearly complete Adblocking. OISD mostly if not has all that Adguard has but I keep it as a backup just incase one isn't updated that day. A redundancy/backup if one couldn't be updated. You can add notracking and Lightswitch05 for even more coverage. Basically mess around with your filters until you feel that it's a good balance of both blocking ads and not causing headaches.
