Bucharest low latency server issues

Hello,

One of the M247 low latency resolvers in Bucharest (194.68.44.147)  is failing daily in the last few days. I'm using Mikrotik router and it's a nightware to constantly change my static entries to have DNS working nicely.
DDoS attacks or something else is happening?

Here is the MTR output:

Target Name: dns.nextdns.io
         IP: 194.68.44.147

Only the LAST hop is failing packets, so the routing is fine, the destination host is not.

It seems if I disable my VPN, the server starts working again from another source.
Is there any some sort of anti-attack system on the server which temporarily does IP bans?
