ddwrt- nextdns- xiaomi issue

I have just tried to install nextdns on my Linksys wrt1200 acv2 router and everything went fine.

Nextdns version: 1.37.11

ddwrt version: DD-WRT v3.0-r48886 std (05/16/22)

After I start nextdns all Xiaomi mobile phones have no internet access over wifi, while other devices which include laptops and mobile phones (Huawei & Samsung) are fine.

    The problem is that on Xiaomi phones internet do not come back. I have local IP assigned by my router DHCP and I'm connected to the network, but it seems like some weird DNS issue. I need to analyze it a bit more, but it's happening on Xiaomi Mi11i, Poco F3 & Poco F2 pro, while Huawei P2 pro & Y7 2019 are working with no issue at all.
    HP laptop working, Samsung TV is working etc.
