NextDNS incompatibility with Asus Routers

NextDNS smart routing isnt so smart, with ANY asus routers with trend micro connected next DNS tends to get stuck on trendmicros home area (Japan) even if you're in north america.

Only solution ATM is to block or disabled all trend micro therefore destorying the added protections these expensive devices provide.

Please address.

    Basically the solution is

to block the domain with - Asus-en.url.trendmicro.com in it, then when you check on DNSleaktest it should propogate to your nearby DNS server instead of Japan.

Currently this is a huge issue and NextDNS should address this asap.

This could be an issue with that router model or that firmware version, I'm using a WiFi 6E router from Asus and DNS worked perfectly fine on my end, I've only used it for a few days to test it with a VPN as using Private DNS on Android would break the bypassing abilities of the VPN but for those few days I didn't exactly face anyissues.

Im using a Ax11000 and axe110000 and ax92u using TLS encryption.
Using any other DNS service does not net this behaviour.
Using cloudflare zero trust, 1.1.1.1 or other paid dns services.

I have searched for similar bugs with the DNS going to the wrong location and it appears to be common across different situations for next dns users. I believe next dns should setup routing rules to ignore trend micro urls for routing purposes.
