The DNS detection seems not working! But why is it?

I have started using this service with the idea in mind that I am aiming to be a paid member for what it does. Unfortunately, I am seeing a big flaw in here, so I want to know if I am missing something. After I linked my PC IP address with this service, I tried to see if the server knows me, so I changed my DNS server to a different DNS provider (in this case Cloudflare) then I restart my PC and opened the Chrome browser. What the website says is still the same, that is  "It is all good” among with the green indication dot! It should say that I am outside this service now, but it doesn't even recognize I am connected through a different DNS server. Am I missing something here? Does anyone know what is happening here?

Could be that your browser is set up to use NextDNS with DoH. Pretty sure it's checked live when the page is opened and it keeps on refreshing at times, so unless there is a bug, this shouldn't happen.

You should do a DNS Leak test (dnsleaktest.com) the if they are still showing NextDNS, it would mean that it's not a bug and you're still using NextDNS.

With DNS IPs if let's say DNS two is still set to NextDNS your system might also prioritize it over Cloudflare.

Basically a quick DNS leak test should give a clear indication of what's going on and that would show the next step.
