Management GUI Down

Cannot get to my.nextdns.io - there is an error that appears at the bottom in red :

    I noticed the dip here too at that time, but after a few minutes it was back up. The CLI stopped working and dnsmasq got flooded with queries. The WAN test on my router is based on a DNS-query, so my WAN wasn't down (only DNS).
