nextdns not picking lowest ping instead always picks a specific high ping location.

Hi nextdns team,
I am a new nextdns user. I recently setup nextdns on my router(IPv4 with Linked IP and dydns ). The default Routing for my isp  PTCL,Pakistan is not fine. My closet POP is UAE or if you have Karachi PoP. My location picked by nextdns is always singapore(which is 200+) instead of dubai anexia(100+) or France(160+). I am getting high 200+ ping on singapore and its not switching to 100+ Anexia dubai or another Dubai PoP. Please Fix routing from Pakistan, as PTCL Pakistan and Etisalat UAE as parent company share infraand peering. If possible connect me to nearest UAE PoP or Karachi POP if available. My diagnostics report is Linked:
