DNS Leak, even though YogaDNS with only NextDNS rule
I am using YogaDNS on Windows10, configured with NextDNS as its only rule for all traffic. However, every now and then, there are massive DNS leaks when I do a test (using https://browserleaks.com/dns). In about 70% of the time, only the NextDNS server is (correctly) shown - as expected. In about 30% of cases however, there are several other DNS servers shown, this morning 51 (including the Anexia NextDNS server).
What am I doing wrong here?

No solutions for me yet.
I can also confirm that it happens irregularly, so the setup (app or profile) has to be correct.
