Problems accessing local resources (printers, servers)
Hello all.
I really want to like NextDNS. I have several schools and businesses I could get onboard. But when testing it out over the past few months (two paid accounts) I have run into an issue with accessing local resources.
I have a school with three NextDNS sites. One is "Campus" that is locked down from all Social Media. The next is "Staff" which allows some social media and the last is "Administration" which is basically open.
'NextDNS is configured correctly in the cloud. The school is being filtered. I installed the Windows app on an Administrator's computer and put in the proper code. She bypasses everything just fine. The issue is that after a day or two her workstation shows no internet but yet she still has it but she cannot print or access network resources.
I have manually put the local DNS servers into her "TAP" network adapter but those seems to reset after a few days.
I have a local server running DNS that points to NextDNS.
What am I doing wrong here? Clearly people must be using NextDNS with local network resources. Please help? School starts next week and I'm desperate.
Thank you.

Try disable DNS rebinding in NextDNS Account settings.
