Configuration Profile clashes with web development software Laravel Herd

Laravel Herd uses DNSMasq. When I have the NextDNS Configuration profile installed DNSMasq does not work.

    Same issue here. Managed to get it to work with the native MacOS but that solution sets up a continuous VPN which I dislike. Is there any way the configuration or CLI can be installed with DNSMasq being available for local development?
