Route to nearest server (anycast)

Hi, im in Vietnam and i have experienced really high ping with anycast servers.

    Route anycast servers based on peers in BGP, so only route in nearby countries (like Singapore or Hong Kong), some cases are routed anycast far away (like Europe, Korea, Japan, America..).

    In Vietnam, use encrypted DNS to use ultralow servers. Your HAN server ping speed is only 1-2ms, great!
