Can I get rerouted to nearer and lower ping DNS server?

I'm currently getting routed to zepto-sin and zepto-tpe which I have 30 and 70ms respectively to. There are nearer servers such as mnl with 3ms as shown in this debug log: https://nextdns.io/diag/a5360f60-8d11-11f1-8291-b103687ff3f4

With that, may I request being relocated to the lower ping servers?

    You can by using an encrypted protocol like DoH, DoT etc with not bootstrap IPs. If you use our clients, they will use ultralow servers by default.
