no internet with NextDNS

I am having an issue, that all of the sudden the internet is not accessible with NextDNS unless I disable the privateDNS, please guide how diagnose and how to solve, it happened twice in the last month, one of them is now

    me too with WiFi enabled.on mobile Data, the Same Profile still works

    Do you use a vpn with ad and tracker protection like mullvad , proton or nym vpn because these features are not compatible with private dns and you won't be able to use nextdns.
