no internet with NextDNS

I am having an issue, that all of the sudden the internet is not accessible with NextDNS unless I disable the privateDNS, please guide how diagnose and how to solve, it happened twice in the last month, one of them is now

    me too with WiFi enabled.on mobile Data, the Same Profile still works

    Please check the attachment, still not working, as soon as I disable the Private DNS I back online
