Impossible to download logs from /xxx/settings
Hello
A server error makes it impossible to download logs.
Is there something I can do?
Kind regards,

I just tried on 2 browsers and it doesn't work. I tried to disable everything that could interfere with it and didn't make a difference.
I only tried this once or twice a long time ago and back then it was working.
Maybe @NextDNS should check it out.

It used to work since I had a routine in place collecting them every 3 months....
It's unfortunate that it doesn't anymore.. -
@NextDNS any update? I'm also unable to download logs bigger than 1GB.

It looks like this might be working now (at least, up to 1 gigabyte of logs, which has always been an issue). Anyone else care to retry?

It now works like a charm for me! Amazing!
Thank you for having reported the good news (and to the team of course)!
It led me to subscribing to a paid plan! -
@NextDNS is there a solution to this? I would like to download my logs but it stops downloading after a few minutes, guessing server time out.
Tried downloading through the API and it has the same time out issue.
Thought about trying to do a multi-part download, that doesn't work either since it won't let more than 1 connection occur at a time.
Server doesn't support resumes, so if you retry your download it starts over again.
Please either:
1. Increase the server timeout to something much higher than it is today.2. Allow resume of failed/cancelled downloads
3. Allow multi-connection downloads to split up the download
4. Configure the API to not timeout by perhaps adjusting the keep-alive setting.
