I could not figure out how to access www.hepsiburada.com.

    It's most likely an IP problem not a DNS one. Try from mobile data, other networks or with a VPN.

    I'm using TT Home with NextDNS and works flawlessly so something else is likely causing this.

      Hey nextdns does not change your ip, and this is IP related so its your home ip or something changed your ip
