Reroute server greencloud-han (07/05/2023)

Hi,

After more than 2 hours and 30 minutes of being downed, the greencloud-han server was routed through more than 25 network nodes.

    Update: As far as I know, greencloud has moved datacenter from Viettel infrastructure to FPT. This has affected the routing. However, they (probably greencloud and FPT) have not yet fixed the routing to HongKong.
