Service down

Service is completely down at the moment and there is no update regarding this anywhere.

 

Is there any status page or whatever?

 

I'm having various connection issues at home and it looks like it's all about randomly not working NextDNS service.

 

Please update asap on what's going on.

    Please provide a https://nextdns.io/diag. There is no issue on our side so it is likely some network issues between your ISP and us.

       your IP is getting rate limited. Can you tell us more on the type de deployment you have? How many users are behind this IP? If it is a business, is the plan sized appropriately?

       that's just me and my home lab setup (few VMs, tasks, applications etc.).

       

      I won't believe I'm producing too many request. Can you mail me with more details?

      I would suggest to install our CLI (https://nextdns.io/cli) instead of pointing your hosts to our server over UDP.

    Something is still not right today... Working a bit better than yesterday, but some pages/tabs in the admin pages randomly takes 5-30 seconds to load again and some loads instantly.

       we are experiencing some slow down on the admin UI/API (under investigation), but this is orthogonal to the DNS service itself and won’t impact it.

    is there something going on? My dns is slow, and seems to resolve to london instead of AMS (i live in the netherlands). Is the servive having problems?

       according to the diag, you are on ams with about 12ms latency which is very good. Are you sure it is DNS resolution that is slowing you down? How did you come to this conclusion?

       seems to be fixed, had a dns profile on my mac and my router uses dnscrypt-proxy. They gave different results
