I am experiencing DNS issues and ran the diagnostic tool diag_1.1.5_windows_amd64.exe today to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, I encountered an error during the process:

It seems that the diagnostic report was not successfully submitted due to this error. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so that I can provide the necessary diagnostic information?

I believe I've pinpointed the issue. The diagnostic tool generates this error when an email address using a '+' sign is entered ('plus addressing').
