NextDNS is linking the wrong ip

Ey team, I'm having a strange issue, if I use https://nordvpn.com/es/what-is-my-ip/ they give me my correct Public IP, also the page https://test.nextdns.io/ give me the same correct IP, but if I use https://link-ip.nextdns.io/[code]/[code] it give me a wrong public IP and into the UI I see the same wrong IP. So I'm having the issue into the panel that

Make sure to link your IP address in the Linked IP section below.

I'm configured the DNS IP into my router settings
