Logs not loading

The log system is broken at the moment on my phone. The internet still works (e.g. it's still blocking ads) but it's not showing up on my log page

    I can confirm I’m having the same issue.

    This started for me on 23 September 2026. My log retention is set to 2 years, but I can now only download logs going back to around 23 September.

    Before this, I was able to download all of my available logs without any problem.

    I’ve also confirmed it isn’t an issue with my own setup, as the same thing happens when I use the Download Logs option directly on the NextDNS website.

    Interestingly, I also noticed that Cloudflare had several API/backend incidents around 23 September, which is roughly when this issue started for me. I don't know whether NextDNS relies on any of the affected Cloudflare services, so I can't say if they're related, but the timing seems worth mentioning in case it's relevant.

    Hopefully this helps confirm there’s an issue with the logs at the moment.
