Reset password e-mail never received

Hello

I completely forgot my actual password and I need to reset it. I clicked on the lost password link, put my e-mail attached to my account but I still don't receive the mail.

I have seen some tickets with the same issue but no answer are put on them...

Anybody could help me please?

    Hello

    I get an E-mail from no-reply@forumbee.com explaining that I don't have any account attached to my e-mail.

    I don't understand how my account doesn't exist. I have paid a PRO subscription with it.

    Fortunately, I still have my connexion on my mobile. I can send you a screenshot of my account. My PayPal Account is linked to a different E-mail.

    I have tried these 2 e-mails for password retrieval without success : I still don't get any E-mail with a link to reset my password...

    Is it possible to have a private conversation with somebody of the support to solve my issue ? 

    Without any answer from you, I will create a new bug report...

      seems like you are conflating your nextdns account and help center account. Those are two different ones. Please make sure you go to https://my.nextdns.io to authenticate.

      Yes I do... I am asking for renewing my password for my account https://my.nextdns.io.

      I click on le "lost password" link and I never receive the E-mail for reset it.

       you are probably using a different email. Please share a profile id owned by this account in DM.

       I have saved my invoice of my purchase of a Pro license. It's number is #D02ABE00-87B0-11EE-9223-69B6A6E6E28F and the account attached to this invoice in the one I put on the reset password request...

       

      I hope to get the issue resolved soon. For the moment I can still connect to my account with my mobile, but I would like to be able to connect to it from my other devices...

      And more important, I would like to be able to reset my password...

    I still make a password reset request with gmail and hotmail. All received normal emails!

    Please try to re-register with that email address, if you can register, it means that your email has been banned for violating the policy.
