Issues with temporary rate-limits despite having a paid subscription

I have recently upgraded to a paid subscription, but I am still experiencing temporary rate-limits on your servers.

I am using the following script for traffic routing configuration:

However, even relatively small batches of requests are often flagged and result in temporary blocks. This makes it difficult to rely on your service, even though the total number of my queries is far from extreme levels that should reasonably trigger such limits (and, in fact, no free DNS providers enforce such restrictions in my experience).

Could you please review the logs and investigate this issue? I believe my usage pattern should not fall under abuse, and I would greatly appreciate a solution that allows me to use your service without unexpected disruptions.
