Very Confused

I made 2 profiles. 1 for the home wifi where i have dns set at the router level and 1 for an amazon kindle. Hard coded the dns there.

Im able to get to blocked sites from the kindle.

I want it setup like this as the kindle needs a diff level of protection then everything else on the network

To solve and address these issues I made a new network in UniFi called kids. Also made a new ssid. That network is using Nextdns. So I connect all kids devices to this new network. These devices generally stay at home so I’m ok with the setup I have now.
