Network Error Get/profiles/xxxxxx/logs/stream for OVER 24 Hours

I have NextDNS profiles set up on my home router, and I also have multiple devices set up with apple configuration profiles. Everything worked fine until yesterday morning. The logs were streaming perfectly then all of a sudden stopped with that error, and nothing has changed. So, for the last 24 Hours all I get is Network Error Get/profiles/xxxxxx/logs/stream for ALL devices. When I use ping.nextdns.io I get the below:

Can someone explain to me how I still have this issue 24 hours later after everything has been working fine for months? I have deleted profiles, created new profiles, made sure everything has been configured properly, and no....nothing has change network wise. I do pay, so it's not an issue with reaching a limit with logs. 

I have had this issue before, but it was fixed within a couple of hours, but 24 hours and not being able to check to see if NextDNS is down or if there's all of a sudden something wrong on my end is NOT okay!

    Update....going on 36 hours now and still no fix :(
