DNS over https DoH is blocking vpn IPs

I noticed that lately I'm having a lot of issues with my browsers, they can't connect to DoH when I am using a VPN. I guess NextDNS added a WAF, or banned IPs/ASNs or something but it's preventing me from using it, please fix

    Are you sure it's not the VPN blocking it?

       nope it's not. If I change IP, like when I connect to a different server, that fixes it temporarily.

    Plus, it only happens with DoH not with DoT.  That means a WAF is in between
