Apple Services Blocked by NRD

There seem to be an issue with NRD affecting all apple services.Please fix asap.

    "All .net domains ended up being blocked by the NRD feature for an hour due to a bug in our system, we fixed it immediately (sorry about that :/). We will be adding more safeguards next week"

    Anyone else experiencing this lately? I'm trying to figure out what I turned on that made this happen to me at this time. Specifically I am unable to use AppleTV+. Music, News, Arcade, all work.
