Anycast2 UK routing to JNB and FR

Hi I'm getting really bad routing from my UK ISP A&A, to `anycast.dns2.nextdns.io`

For IPv6 it's going to France with 60% packet loss in NTT `AS2914 ae-0.r21.londen12.uk.bb.gin.ntt.net (2001:728:0:2000::26d) `

For IPv4 to Johannesburg with 50% packet loss at `AS37100 ce-0-1-7.cr-02-cpt.za.seacomnet.com (105.25.160.125) `

More details below. 

I know in theory this doesn't matter, but in practice I'm getting worse DNS resolving latency than I used to.
