NextDNS error on Windows 11

Hello, NextDNS on Windows 11 not work using lastest application, please help... Thanks.

    That error sounds like your Ethernet/Wireless interface is already using one of your/the NextDNS endpoints, have you tried checking your connectivity details to see what your dns servers are set to (when the windows app isn't running) ?
