Facebook app not blocked (again)

I have the Parental Controls enabled with Social Media blocking.

I installed the Facebook app on my phone. It has not been installed for months prior to this.

It works flawlessly.

Confused as to why, unless Facebook has just gone to straight IP connections.

Note that trying to access facebook.com in a browser is blocked properly, but the app is not stopped at all.
