Duplicate clients in nextdns logs
I have installed nextdns cli on my raspberry pi 4 and using it as a dns server. But I am seeing duplicate entries for same clients in log.
Setup static lease on the router to prevent ip change. Entered host file entries for custom name. But the custom names appears twice or thrice in log, all of them have same ip.
I there any way to remove these duplicates?

If you are talking about my.nextdns.io, Uncheck "Raw DNS logs" in logs.

I am talking about that same client appears multiple times in clients list.

I have no idea. Never saw something like that, and I tried a few things and couldn't reproduce it.
Maybe someone else with more knowledge can help you.

I don't personally use cli but from what I've seen and based on what you're describing, it sounds like a possible issue with DHCP/static mapping on the Raspberry side and/or a possible issue with your DHCP server setup on the router side as there might be duplicate querying from multiple devices, which would explain the client name duplication. (Might have to setup DHCP passthrough via "nextdns.config" edits so devices only query using the router's DHCP hostnames)
Hopefully this at least points you in the right direction. Once fixed, you likely need to clear your logs to reset the NextDNS device name list

Thanks for your crucial time. But I am not able to solve my problem.
DHCP server is properly working, I always get same ip for a mac address. Even the nextdns.io reports duplicate clients having the same ip.
