Wrong DNS resolver

Hello,

I have Avast installed as my antivirus, I disabled any DNS change protection by the App.  On the next Dns site avast is still shown as my dns resolver. My OS is Windows 11. I can‘t start NextDNS it is not establishing a connection in my DNS settings it is shown as active but it says my ethernet cable is not correctly connected. I can go into the internet. Maybe some of you have an idea what I could try. :)
