No Internet on NextDNS Home WiFi

I've been using NextDNS through Tailscale for the past year or so and everything has been fine so far, except that 2 days ago it stopped fully working on my Home WiFi. I turned off WiFi and it works perfectly on my Mobile Data.

test & ping.nextdns.io are unreachable with and without Tailscale or NextDNS on

I used the diagnostic tool and this is what i got :(
