ING APP Spain fails to load

Hi guys,
For several days now, the ING Spain app for Android has not been starting up.
Here is what I did in my investigation:
- I checked that using another DNS resolver (CF in my case) on my mobile the APP is working again.

- I disabled all the block lists and all security features ... Literally, I made nextDNS like a regular DNS with no filter at all. But the APP is still not working.

That's all :) If I missed an important test pls let me know.

I presume that is a bug but we will see.

Thank you guys, nextDNS is wonderful !!

You missed the most important test:  checking your logs

Sorry my bad, I really did, what I missed was mentioning it in the main post.
      Updating it...

I can't edit the main post.
I forgot to mention that before disabling all adBlock List and security features, I tried to find out what was being blocked using the logs. I didn't see anything relevant that was being blocked, so I couldn't fix the problem by adding any entries to the Allowlist.

    Thank you!

    Hi guys!
    I finally figured it out!
After I saw that another APP was failing to start up, I decided to create a new profile from scratch and remove everything... Luckily When I added my mobile phone to that new profile the APPs started working.
From there, it was a matter of time to detect what was crashing the apps.
The winner is ... Block Page... Yes, can you believe it? I validated it on 2 different mobiles and if disable the Block Page the APPs start up with no issues.
I think now it's the job of the dev team to find out why the Block Page can affect the proper functioning of some APPs. (Note: CA certificate doesn't make a difference ... installed or not)
I hope this can help ...

    Thank you!!

glad to hear you found the cause of the problem.   Unless you really need to use the block page, I’d suggest turning that feature off.   It works (sort of) for web use, but as you discovered many apps don’t know how to handle seeing it.  For those apps, it’s better for them to receive the blocked query.     (There’s no way to disable the block page on a per app basis.  It’s all or nothing)

I’m guessing very few folks use the block page and that’s likely why you didn’t receive any helpful fixes.
