Roblox is not blocked but should be

I've blocked Roblox multiple ways. (1) it's restricted in parental controls and (2) appears in the block list. Looking back through articles dating back 3 years, this seems an ongoing issue. Why isn't the site blocked?

    Update: it was me. I had misconfigured the DNS endpoints. It Works great.
