NextDNS Support team does exist?
Dear NextDNS,
I’d like to start by saying that I find the idea of having a managed DNS service with centralized policies useful and very practical to work with. The problem is that it needs to be properly supported, with timely responses or tickets that actually address the reported issues. Otherwise, it turns into a mess of comments or discussions that are pretty much pointless.
When a problem is reported, it’s important to have a solid handling process in place — something that clearly takes charge of the issue and provides guidance on the steps needed to resolve it. Today, six years after this service was introduced, none of that exists. It feels like an online community for free services, rather than something you actually pay for. Thanks for your attention.
