Android Private DNS saying unavailable

Hello,

 

I have been using nextdns for years and starting yesterday about every minute I get the popup on my Google Pixel phone that private DNS is unavailable. I am still able to use the web but it keeps popping up and going away. Can you validate the DNS over HTTPS is correctly working?

    I just got a new android phone and this is happening to me, did you get this fixed?

      I still haven't fixed it. It's literally on my phone now multiple months later but I am getting a new phone in a few days. I hope it goes away. It happens on Wi-Fi, cell service. It doesn't matter. It still works even though it pops up with this
