Tiktok app is not blocked
The Parental Control and Denylist does not restrict the Tiktok app.
Is there a fix for this ?

It's because Tiktok has hard coded dns. I had a similar issue with controld. You can read more here: https://www.reddit.com/r/ControlD/comments/1byt36r/tiktok_cant_be_blocked_with_dns/
