Can't reach 45.90.28.224 or 45.90.30.224

Hello, 

I can't reach 45.90.28.224 and 45.90.30.224 from my home connection (ping does not respond, can't reach https, traceroute does not finish). It literally worked for years (since 2020) until yesterday.

I can however reach those IP from a Oracle virtual machine.

Any known outage or issues ongoing affecting specific providers?

       Thank you for your prompt response. Both IPs are reachable again this morning. Definitely an upstream routing problem, maybe my ISP or their transit provider. I will monitor the situation.
