Problem with profile suddenly stopped logs

Hi,

I have several profiles all working well but since 1.5 days one of them suddenly stopped showing logs. No changes were done and all other profiles are still ok. I didn't reach 300'000 requests (eventhough it would still continue showing logs but not filter).

Last log was 24.11 at 3.07am, did something happened on the servers or anything else? What can I do to start showing logs again?

    So, still no clue..

    Tried an other settings, new profile, reset, etc. Nothing changes.

    Only weird thing is my iPad with the NextDNS app is the only device that shows logs. All other connected devices are invisible but it seems the DNS does its job..

      Has your IP address been linked to the configuration? Or maybe IP has changed recently and not been relinked.

      RE your initial message, if you reach the quota, logs are disabled too.

      Also please make sure that logs are not disabled in your settings.

      R P M Hi, thx for your reply.

      None of my devices were "IP linked" and it worked well. But no names in the logs, only IPs (not a problem for me). For exemple I have Sonos speaker so I can't link it but at least I could see the logs. Nothing now..

      NextDNS I didn't reach the quota neither and the logs are enabled.

      I tried to reset my router with new profile this week-end but still nothing, this profile at home on my router doesn't show anything since 24.11.22. If I use the app on device it works. But for exemple my Sonos doesn't show up anymore.

      Rezliensa are you sure you are using the right DNS IP? Each profile will have a different IP

      NextDNS Yes I know... ;)

      As I said, suddenly in the night it didn't work without touching anything.

      Maybe the problem comes from my router, I asked my provider but no answer yet.
